NetNaija Disables Movie Section From Platform

Netnaija, popular Nigerian entertainment platform has announced the removal of free movies from its website.

The was disclosed in a statement shared by the platform on their official website. It reads: 

"It started as a personal hobby, then grew to a group archive, and then achieved an enormous popularity that turned it into a fan favorite, finally, it is sad for us to say goodbye to movies on Netnaija.

It was quite a ride while it lasted. It breaks our hearts to break the hearts of our esteemed visitors by this action. We have always pushed it back but unfortunately, this time, we will be going ahead.

NetNaija, known for its diverse selection of free movies, has been a go-to source for Nigerian movie freaks. 

This new development has however left users of the platform disappointed over the loss of free access to their favourite movies especially to those who cannot afford and are lazy to use internet data and costly streaming subscription fees.
