- University of Ibadan Restricts Non-First Class Graduands From Attending Convocation Ceremony

In a notice issued to the graduands of the University of Ibadan, this year's convocation and 73rd Founder’s Day ceremony will hold from November 15 till 17, 2021.

However, non-first class graduands will be restricted from attending the convocation Ceremony.

According to the institution,the decision was made in a bid to comply with the Federal Government’s COVID-19 compliance directives.


The notice partly reads: "Attendance at the International Conference Centre is opened to First Class Honours graduands and recepients of prizes and awards only. Parents and visitors are not allowed into the campus neither will there be any form of partying or social gathering during the period".
