Nigerian Politician Allegedly Awards N1,000 Scholarship To Students In His Constituent

 

The internet has gone agog with news of a Nigerian politician who allegedly awarded N1,000 worth of scholarships to students in his constituents.

The Adamawa state politician was seen giving 1,000 Naira to youths of Mayo Belwa who are students of FCE Yola for "scholarship" while posing for the cameras. 

Unimpressed Nigerians are asking how that amount is supposed to help subsidize the education of the recipients.
