Nwaleke Ijeoma Prisca is a 17 year old entrepreneur and a professional chef from Ebonyi state, Nigeria.
She graduated from secondary school in 2020 and hopes to gain admission into the tertiary institution this year as well.
Ijeoma, the passionate cook has always been in love with the art since she was younger. "I can make good food out of anything edible", she says.

Driven by a strong zeal to pursue her skill, she learnt how to make cakes and pastries for two years at age 13. Thereafter, Ijeoma furthered her knowledge about cooking after secondary school into making finger foods which includes small chops, grills, peppered snails, gizzard, as well as both continental and intercontinental dishes.
Subsequently, this 17 year old entrepreneur decided to take things professional three months ago by revealing her own food brand which she named Ijayy Cakes N' More in Abeokuta, Ogun state where she lives. Ijeoma testifies that ever since its conception, more than thirty orders with a number of good reviews were received.
However, according to Ijeoma part of the challenges she faces while managing her business is her age. People feel I'm too young to handle large orders or events without even giving me a chance to prove myself, she disclosed.

Other challenges are customers placing orders late, trying to promote her brand and getting her own customers.
Nevertheless, she states her best moments as when she get good reviews from customers.
